New Business Account Manager

For our international sales team we are looking for an experienced New Business Accountmanager. Someone that gets excited about sales, opening ‘new doors’, a hunter for new business. Sales must be in your DNA! The profile that we are looking for is a 100% new business sales profile. In this role you are not focusing on building relationships further, but you are starting the relationship with a lot of energy, strong
plans and self-confident.

In this role you will be responsible to attract new potential key prospects in the world; department stores, key chain retailers, e-commerce partners but also the most relevant local heroes globally. You will create a smart strategic prospection plan, having the company’s brand strategy and positioning in mind. The focus here is to attract new business outside of the territory’s where we have sales partners. You will be supported by amazing prospect tools, content and the possibility to investigate in new digital tools.

Besides the focus on new retailers for Fabienne Chapot Internationally, you will also be in charge of finding new sales partners; agents & distributors. Once you have closed the deal and onboard the partner, they will be further handled by your colleagues from the international sales team.

This is a new role in our international sales team. The new clients you will attract will be handled by yourself for the first seasons and will go to another sales colleague as soon as your client portfolio is big enough.

You will report to- and work very closely with the Commercial Director. Your work base will be in Amsterdam.

What do we ask from you?

  • Flexibility, energy and a strong commercial mindset
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, network is a plus
  • You are willing to travel
  • A bachelor or master study in Sales, International Business or Commercial Fashion.
  • A passion for our brand, fully embracing our personal, positive, transparent, and empowering values.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages like Dutch, German, French and Spanish are a big plus
