Creative Producer

For our in-house Creative Brand Team we are looking for an experienced Creative Producer. You are the driving force behind smooth productions, ensuring everything runs effortlessly. Working closely with our Creative Director, Creative Stylist, and Content Creator, you will be responsible for bringing our campaigns and content shoots to life.

As a Creative Producer, you play a crucial role in delivering high-quality video and photo productions that capture the essence of our brand and its storytelling. Already interested? Read on!

What will you do?

• Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to shooting and post-production, ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage budgets and timelines, keeping productions efficient and on track.
• Handle contracts and negotiations with freelancers, modeling agencies, production partners, and photographers.
• Support the PR team with branded events when needed.
• Collaborate with our Creative Director to develop creative decks and finalize on-brand, surprising shoot concepts.
• Ensure every detail is well arranged so the entire team knows exactly what’s expected.

What do we ask from you?

• 2-3 years of experience as a video and photography producer, preferably within a fashion agency or production company.
• A bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Media, or a related field.
• You are available at least 4 days a week to work as part of the team.
• Experience in briefing external creative teams, ideally within fashion.
• A solution-driven mindset with a strong ability to balance quality and deadlines.
• An extensive network in the fashion industry.
• A sharp eye for detail, organization, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Passion for working with creative minds in the fashion world
• The desire to work in a fast-growing environment where flexibility is key.
• A hands-on mentality and always on the lookout for opportunities.
• Enthusiasm for our brand, people’s person and are transparent in giving and receiving feedback.
• You have a type driven mindset, can work independently and take ownership of your work.
• You have an optimistic “glass half full” mindset.
